The Bizcloud Guest Portal enables external contacts, who are not Bizverse workflow users, to directly input or update workspace information. By signing into a workspace-specific guest portal with a password, guests can view newly assigned, open, and completed tasks. Each task provides a form or action for submission to complete the assignment. Typical examples of tasks include information requests or personal detail updates, submitting or updating draft PML (Procurement Master List) item details and so on. 

Special case forms for HR use, integrated into a personal notification and form management system. Employees can access, view, and submit various HR-related forms through a dedicated portal, such as https://bizverse.biz/a/my/forms/. This system manages personal HR tasks like leave requests and can directly update information linked to specific instances in the system. It includes a configuration file for customizing the forms' appearance and behavior and works alongside a notification system for effective management of employee-specific tasks and updates. 

The Personal Workstation Console (PWC) is a user-centric responsive interface within the Bizcloud framework that focuses on individual needs, employing visual management methods like Kanban-style boards to help users organize work, track assignments, and collaborate with team members.  Workspace users can view and modify workspace information through a set of customised forms according to the rights allocated to the user groups to which the user belongs. The Personal Workstation is flexible and can be configured/modified by a super user/administrator.

An email service provided by PHP code that may be optionally used to allow a workspace to send emails via a domain other than the domain on which the Bizcloud node is hosted. This service is needed if emails from the workspace are required to be delivered using the workspace's own domain name instead of the Bizcloud domain host 

An integrated service for uploading, cropping, saving, and managing images across system components like user interfaces, forms, utilities, and guest portals. It offers separate storage for each workspace in a multi-tenant environment, ensuring organization and security. With an API for seamless integration, it supports features like email functionality with custom domain usage, streamlining image management and maintaining proper segregation of image assets across workspaces or clients. 

An application that renders websites that are created using a Bizcloud website publication template; website templates may be complied and edited through the noCMS Site Builder. The noCMS engine can be used to display multiple websites or pages, one of which may be selected as the primary site for the domain.

Bizcloud Qwiki is a Wiki-style service for creating and presenting collections of Google Docs as navigable online documentation, ideal for user guides, how-to references, or any documentation you want to share online. 

Workflow Assignments are a customizable type of form used to modify an object instance attributes following a logical sequence of steps that constitute the workflow life-cycle. Each step in the life cycle is allocated according to rules as defined in a Workflow Assignment template. Workflow assignments are accessed and completed using the Personal Workstation, and progressed to the next person as determined by the Workflow Assignment Template. 

Scheduled tasks can be created to either send a message or to create a dependent (child object) after a specific delay from when an object instance has been created. This can be used to send reminder messages or to create the child instance representing a period, for example. 

Boilerplates are predefined text snippets used to streamline data entry for specific object types. When enabled for the object type, users can drag these text samples into form fields from the right-side sidebar menu, and then further edit the text. Users can also add to the boilerplate collection by dragging text from the form to the collection presented in the sidebar.

Enables resellers to manage which items are included in catalogs for different buyers or viewers. It utilizes the "Partner Offering" object, which contains items that can be published to catalogs. Users can select product or offering information from their workspace and publish it to catalogs that can be viewed by buyers or on websites. The utility supports catalog item pagination, sorting, and multi-selection for adding items to a Master Procurement List (MPL), allowing buyers to view and select items for purchase. 

Public predefined lists that contain hierarchically structured information. In certain cases, the values (options) of a curated list may not be changed. In other cases a curated list may be reassigned by a workspace super user or administrator.

Allows workspace super user or administrator to apply terminology best understood by a workspace’s users without changing its commonly accepted meaning in the context of the ontology, is fundamentally important. This is achieved in Bizcloud by allowing a superuser or administrator to alter the displayed labels,tab names, user hints and descriptions for any object, including the labels for options available in dropdown lists. In certain cases where this is enabled, the list itself may be overwritten or replaced.  This service, when combined with the ability to apply specific language packs to utilities, even goes as far as being able to change the language while still retaining a common underlying meaning for every object. 

Dashboards allow information and metrics associated with objects to be displayed in graphical or text form. 

The current Google Sheets addon will be deprecated in favour of improved Web Service functionality. 

Enables users to create message templates with static content and dynamic variables from object instances, which can be manually selected or automatically triggered by events (e.g., object insertion). This allows for personalized, mail merge-style messages sent via your own domain, provided the Email Service is properly configured. 

Allows users to import and synchronize SQL database tables with workspace objects by defining the necessary data transformations within a customizable template. This integration streamlines data management and ensures that external data remains aligned with internal objects, facilitating efficient workflows and real-time updates. 

Enable users to define rule-based default attribute values for any object type. These values are automatically applied when an object is created ensuring consistency and streamlining the object creation process by pre-populating necessary fields with predefined values. 

The Object Update Service facilitates the synchronization of selected attributes from a Trading Partner's bio (profile) as it exists in their workspace with the corresponding instance in your workspace. This ensures that essential information remains up-to-date and consistent across both platforms. Synchronization can be configured to occur automatically or manually. 

Currently achieved with a Google Sheets add-on, however this will be deprecated in favour of a generic CSV / SQL table conversion process where the column to attribute mapping is defined in an Object Upload template. This will be implemented as a stand-alone utility and also accessible from the Uni-UI as a context sensitive implementation.  

Generates formatted extractions of workspace content using "Publication Templates."  The Publication template specifies an Object type (from the collection of available workspace objects), from which the publication will "draw" its content, which the Bizcloud engine renders as an HTML page (which can be styled by specifying a stylesheet in the template). The content can be embedded in web pages, and links to published pages of trading partners are automatically included where relevant. Further filtering is available by applying url query parameters to the Publisher endpoint.  

Allows users to select individual objects or collections of objects and specify attributes to generate customizable reports. These reports can be output as PDF files, offering a professional presentation format suitable for sharing and distribution. 

Object instances that are commonly repeated may be inserted based on instances stored in a repository. For a repository to be available within a workspace, the issuer or creator of the repository must make it available to the workspace, and the workspace's administrator must, in turn, designate the repository as available. Multiple repositories from multiple repository creators may be used. Once activated, a repository becomes available from the right sidebar menu in the Uni-UI

noCMS Site Builder simplifies website template creation, offering a faster, more efficient alternative to the Workspace Control portal's "Templates" function (for creating multi-tenant websites). It enables rapid development and easy content updates with minimal coding. Using a JSON-based structure, it integrates with existing infrastructure, dynamically generates pages, and provides reusable components, styling options, and an intuitive interface, presenting a modern alternative to traditional content management systems. 

Snapshots may be taken for a single object instance or a collection of instances related to the active instance for which the snapshot is taken.  The snapshot is static. Once a snapshot template has been set up, this may be used to capture a snapshot from the instance. Snapshots may be accessed and reviewed and downloaded to spreadsheets, for example. 

Allows submission of information by external users.  Web forms may be made available publically, limited to Google users or further limited to Bizcloud users only. Submitted forms are automatically pre-formatted ready for inclusion into the workspace, once accepted by designated workspace users.  Web forms can be created and linked to specific objects in the system. These forms can be anonymous or linked to existing instances. They are configurable through a template system and can be embedded in websites or accessed via unique URLs. The setup involves creating a form template, specifying the target object, and configuring parameters like token attributes for authentication. Anonymous forms, when completed, are routed via a staging area and human action is needed to insert the required object into a workspace.
